There are two ways to sign up this year, online and by mail. Please select on the correct application below and you can then select to download our PDF version of the application or fill it out online. Also please remember that applications are not considered final until both checks have been received.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINES FOR 2012 APPLICATIONS HAVE PASSED. WE HAVE COMPLETED OUR SELECTION OF ARTISTS, FOOD VENDORS, AND MUSICIANS. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR 2013, PLEASE CHECK BACK ON NOVEMBER 1 FOR THOSE APPLICATIONS.
