How many vendor spaces do you need? The spaces are 10'x12' and cost $150 each. *

Comments/Requests

Please submit your completed application using the "send" button below no later than March 1. Please note that an application does not guarantee participation. We will contact you regarding the committee's decision by March 15. Participants will then be required to mail us (1) payment, (2) a copy of the appropriate food vendor certificate, and (3) a certificate of insurance naming Friends of Belfast Parks as insured.
